OVERVIEW

Upin & Ipin is a Made in Malaysia cartoon animation series about two 5-year-old twins, Upin and Ipin, telling their first experience fasting for the first time in the month of Ramadhan. This animation is being presented in such a simple way, understandable, comical and hilarious. This animation is focused on the ethics and responsibility. Their grandmother, Opah and elder sister Ros, will give them some advices and guidance as the story continues. The good values will be easily understood by the children and will give a lasting memories upon them, as it is inter wind into the plots and in a subtle manner.

CHARACTER

Upin

Upin is the twin elder brother of Ipin only by 5 minutes. He is the mastermind in the cheeky things that Ipin and him did. He has a twirl on his head and wears the shirt with U alphabet to distinguish him with Ipin

Ipin

Ipin is the younger brother of Upin and he is very cheerful and energetic. He is smart and very good at Mathematics. He likes to eat fried chicken and most of the time, we can see he holds fried chicken on his hand. His favorite word is “Betul-Betul-Betul” that is equivalent to “Yes-Yes-Yes”.

The other characters are Mail, Ehsan, Mei Mei, Jarjit, Fizi, Rajoo, Kak Ros, Opah and Tok Padang.
