Sudirman Haji Arshad the never be forgotten Singer
My Last post is about the sportsman Muhammad Hafiz Hashim who is a Malaysian Badminton Player. Today I would like to move to the entertainment category. Today I would like to tell you about this never be forgotten Singer, Actor, Lawyer and Writer, Sudirman Bin Hj Arshad.

Sudirman Haji Arshad was born on 25th of May 1954 at Temerloh Pahang 3 years before Malaysia gained independence from British. He is a very talented singer and was called “the Singing Lawyer” and also “people’s Singer” because of his status as a lawyer and also his song is more into people’s heart.
He is the youngest children from 7 siblings in his family and he started his early involvement in this area since 1976 when he won the Bintang RTM as the best singer. Because of his talent, he won many more awards and competitions that he joined.

He has 19 albums throughout his career as a singer and 18 compilation albums. His most famous songs are Tanggal 31 Ogos, Balik Kampung, Chow Kit Road, Basikal Tua and many more.
Sudirman died at 4.00 a.m. on 22 February 1992, aged 37, at his sister’s when he collapse while singing in Butterworth because of the stroke.
His achievements really outstanding that shows that a “village boy” also can succeed if the is a will. When there is a will, there is a way. Melayu Boleh!!
