Melayu Boleh Tan Sri Razali Ismail was born on 14th April 1939 in Alor Star kedah. His early educations starts at Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid until 1956 and continue his study at Malay College Kuala Kangsar [Bahasa Melayu= Kolej Melayu Kuala Kangsar] (MCKK) for about 2 years. After that he furthers his study at University of Malaya and obtained his Bachelor of Arts with Honors, B.A (Hons) there. He’s married to Puan Sri Diane Razali and have three (3) children.

Honors and Awards
